- Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and outside vendors/clients

**Accounting**

- Support tax prep and audits by organizing and pulling documentation as requested

**HR & Administrative Support**

- Help track employee benefits enrollment and basic compliance documentation
- Provide administrative support to leadership: scheduling, correspondence, filing, and meeting coordination
- Help coordinate company events, meetings, and trainings

Qualifications

 - Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
 - 2+ years of experience in office administration and/or bookkeeping; construction industry exposure a plus, not required
 - Working knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
 - Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
 - Strong organizational and time-management skills
 - Clear written and verbal communication
 - Comfortable multitasking and working both independently and as part of a small team

- Competitive salary in the $60K–$75K range
- Growth path toward a Senior Accountant / Office Manager role as you build experience
- Hands-on mentorship from leadership
- Collaborative, supportive team environment
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
